Detach from Parent

Use the Detach from Parent command to unlink an element from the peg or effect element it is attached to.

Use one of the following to activate this command:

Select Element > Arrange > Detach from Parent.
Click the Contextual Menu button in the Timeline window and select Arrange > Detach from Parent.
